Step 2—IDENTIFY ISSUES FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT: At this point our company writes a proposal which outlines the work suggested to fix the problem. An estimated project cost is listed with terms of payment. The proposal is given to you to review and can be accepted by you just by signing on the “Accepted by” line near the end. Once the signed proposal is received in our office, the document becomes a contract and work is scheduled.
